Terms and Conditions

General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the EcoShop webshop (hereinafter: Webshop) and the customer. Using the Webshop constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Ordering process

The ordering process consists of the following steps: adding products to cart, providing shipping details, providing billing details, selecting payment method, and confirming the order. A confirmation email is sent after placing the order. The contract is formed when the confirmation is sent.

Prices and payment

Prices displayed in the webshop are gross prices in Hungarian Forints (Ft). Payment is processed through Stripe's secure payment system. Accepted payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard). Coupon codes can be applied during checkout.

Shipping

We deliver within Hungary. Delivery time is 2-5 business days after placing the order. Shipping is free for orders over 15,000 Ft. The shipping fee is displayed at checkout.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@ecoshop.hu. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in undamaged condition.

Return policy

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Damaged or used products are only accepted if defective.

Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty and mandatory guarantee as required by applicable law. Please report any claims to info@ecoshop.hu. The warranty period varies by product and is displayed on the product page.

Coupons and promotions

Coupon codes cannot be combined, and only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons have a limited validity period and do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders. We reserve the right to revoke coupons at any time.

Liability

The Webshop strives to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but minor discrepancies may occur. The Webshop is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual property

All content on the Webshop (text, images, logos, design) is the intellectual property of EcoShop. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

Dispute resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If negotiations fail, the competent court under Hungarian jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction.

Modifications

EcoShop reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Webshop.
